Logical Topology

A Logical Topology includes all Layer 3 devices. There are no Layer 2 devices in the Logical Topology. With a Logical representation of your network you can easily follow the flow of traffic through the network.

Subnet Ovals

Subnet Ovals show the IP subnet and IP prefix plus the Layer 2 VLAN assigned to the IP subnet.

Automatic Layouts

Choose from multiple automatic layouts to display the topology

Device List

Use the Device List to determine what devices are shown in the topology

Export Topologies

You can export your Logical Topology to many common formats.

Physical Topology

A Physical Topology includes all Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices. With a Physical Topology you could disconnect all cables between network devices and reconnect them using the information contained in the Physical Topology.

VLAN Labels

The VLAN labels show which VLANs are trunked over a link or which VLAN is used as an access vlan on a link.
